1Overview
DebuggerMe Tools (https://tools.debuggerme.com) provides tools that enable users to download publicly accessible media content for personal, non-commercial use. We operate in good faith and do not host, store, or distribute the media files ourselves — our tools provide technical assistance to access publicly published URLs that users supply.
In accordance with Section 512 of the DMCA, we have designated a Copyright Agent to receive notices of alleged infringement. We will respond promptly to valid notices and, where appropriate, disable access to or remove the reported content.
2Acceptable Use & User Responsibility
Our tools are intended solely for downloading content that you have the legal right to access and download. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have obtained explicit permission from the copyright holder.
- Your use qualifies as fair use or falls within another applicable copyright exception.
- You will not use downloaded content for commercial distribution or public performance.
- You will comply with the Terms of Service of the source platform (e.g., LinkedIn).
- You understand that downloading copyrighted content without authorisation may violate applicable laws.
Disclaimer: DebuggerMe does not encourage, condone, or facilitate copyright infringement. Users who misuse our tools to infringe intellectual property rights do so at their own risk and legal liability.

Send your notice to our designated agent:
info@debuggerme.comPlease include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line. We respond to valid notices within 2–5 business days.
Warning: Submitting a false DMCA claim may expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including costs and attorney's fees.
4Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that content was removed or access was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notices to info@debuggerme.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
5Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), it is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We maintain a record of DMCA notices and take reasonable steps to disable access by users who have been identified as repeat infringers.
6Limitation of Liability
DebuggerMe does not host, store, or cache media files retrieved through our tools. We act solely as a technical intermediary. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any infringing use of our tools by end users.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.) and make no representation that any particular content available through those platforms is lawfully downloadable.
7Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
